1.1 installation caused by the belt deviation:


    The quality of the belt to install the belt on the deviation of the greatest impact on the deviation caused by the installation of the most difficult belt deviation, the installation error is mainly:


1.1.1 Conveyor belt joints are not straight. 1.2 running belt caused by deviation:

2, Belt conveyor belt deviation treatment method

2.1 adjust the roller group. Belt conveyor belts in the belt conveyor in the middle of deviation, we have to adjust the position of the roller group to adjust the deviation, roller holder mounting holes on both sides of the hole processing is easy to adjust. Adjustment method shown in Figure 1, the specific method is which side of the belt bias, which side of the roller group toward the belt running forward, or the other side of the shift. 2.2 Install automatic self-aligning roller group. This method can prevent belt deviation caused by various reasons, but sometimes the effect is not very good.


2.3 using a new type of roller to prevent deviation. Our belt conveyor is mainly TD75-type and Japan belt standard, we know that in the national new standard DT Ⅱ type, the bearing roller group has a forward-tilting type structure, the no-load roller group has a V-shaped structure, these two Belt roller group to prevent the belt deviation has a good effect, we will introduce the structure of the existing belt machine in use, to prevent belt deviation played a good role.


2.4 Adjust the drive roller and the steering roller position. The adjustment of the drive roller and the change roller is an important part of the belt deviation adjustment. Because a belt conveyor has at least 2 to 5 rollers, all rollers must be mounted perpendicular to the centerline of the length of the belt conveyor and must deflect if the deflection is excessive. For the head drum, such as belt to the right side of the drum deviation, the right bearing should move forward, the belt to the left of the drum deviation, the left bearing should move forward, the corresponding may Move the left bearing back or the right bearing back. Tail roller adjustment method with the head drum exactly the opposite. Adjustment method shown in Figure 2. 2.5 tension adjustment. Belt tension adjustment is belt conveyor deviation adjustment is a very important part. The upper part of the heavy hammer tensioning cylinder in addition to the two should be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt should be perpendicular to the vertical gravity, that is, to ensure that the level of its axis centerline. 2.6 bi-directional belt conveyor deviation adjustment. In the adjustment is also carefully observed the relationship between the direction of movement of the belt and deviation trend, one by one adjustment.
